The Tiefing Collection is a compilation of exotic artifacts, fashionable African robes (grand Bubu) for men and women, and home furnishings such as bed, couch and table coverings, from Bokolanfini to Kenté, for all seasons.  Also included are elegant, black lacquer-framed photo images capturing the essence of Africa.

Designs for Style and Feeling
To the trained eye, a special language emerges from the telling designs.  Motifs representing the male and female, the cowrie shell, the drum, the grasshopper and other life icons are carefully blended into crafted, hand-woven works of art.  From the mellow “Bokolanfini” mud-dyed cloths of Mali (where Timbuktu is located), to the colorful cotton and silk “Kenté” strips of Ghana, the African mastery of the handloom is evident in each of The Tiefing Collection designs.
